WINEMAKER'S COMMENTS
Although Colchagua is famous for its red wines, varieties like Chardonnay can express nice fruit and produce friendly wines. Adding a small amount of Casablanca fruit, gives the wine complexity, structure and fruitiness.
No malolactic fermentation was performed with this Reserve Chardonnay to preserve its acidity and the freshness of Colchagua.
